All full-time faculty and staff, as well as professional and graduate students, are automatically registered to use World Travel, powered by Concur.

• Log in to World Travel
• Set up your profile and be sure to add contact information, payment information, frequent flier numbers, etc. Remember to “Save” your data.
• If you book travel for other Yale staff members, please ask them to select you as their “travel arranger” in their own profile.
• Access resources and guides.
