Save Time Locating the Links You Use Most Frequently
Having trouble locating links on the new It’s Your Yale website? Take a few minutes to create a list of your frequently used links and save them under My Links for easy access.
Customizing My Links
- Click on My Links
- Click Login to CAS login
- Click on My Links (again)
- Click on Manage My Links
- All links will display in alphabetical order
- Shortcut tip #1: Use Ctrl + F and type in the link you need to find, or
- Use the Search titles and URLs box to search, or narrow results by using the Category or Origin filters
- Click on either Add to My Links or Remove from My Links to customize your My Links view
Yale Links is a master list of all your ‘old favorites.’ You’ll find a comprehensive list of all the links you accessed, whether on the Yale Staff Portal, JumpSite (aka the Administrative Web Directory or AWD) and the Administrative Links pages. Use the new ‘View All Links’ option to see everything in one location.
Shortcut tip #2: Use the Origin drop-down menu to filter by Former Jumpsite, former Yale Portal, or Administrative Links. Note: the content from the former sites displays, but in an expanded view, so use Shortcut tip # 1 to save time

Reporting Broken Links
Help us make the site better by reporting broken links. Tell us in either of two ways:
- Complete the web form located on http://your.yale.edu/contact-us
- Forward an email to your@yale.edu with the URL of the link and a description of the issue
