Jenna joined Yale in December 2022 and currently serves as Associate Controller for Operations, Finance & Administration. In this role, she oversees financial operations supporting the university’s administrative and operational units. Prior to this, she led the Financial Reporting, Investment Accounting, and Gift Administration teams within Yale’s Controller’s Office, managing key initiatives such as the university’s annual financial statement audit, external reporting, spending distribution, and the accounting and controls related to gifts and endowment investments.
Before joining Yale, Jenna spent 18 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was a managing director in the firm’s higher education and not-for-profit practice. During her tenure, she served a broad range of academic institutions, developed internal centers of excellence, and contributed to the firm’s thought leadership in higher education. Jenna earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and her Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford. She is a licensed CPA in Connecticut and a member of the AICPA, CSCPA, and NACUBO. In 2022, she completed the Women’s Leadership Program through Yale School of Management Executive Education.
