Yale University (Yale) has partnered with College Pads - Now Part of StarRez to provide a dedicated off-campus housing marketplace for Yale students and the broader community. The College Pads platform will go live on December 1st and will be accessible through the University’s website.
College Pads, now part of the StarRez family, is purpose-built to enhance the off-campus housing experience for property owners and students through an even more powerful, connected platform. Through its integration on Yale University’s website, College Pads will offer students trusted resources to help them become more informed renters, compare housing options, find roommates, list sublet units when needed, and more.
The new off-campus housing portal is designed to offer a significantly improved experience for students, with a key focus on increasing engagement and renter education during the housing selection process. College Pads will actively invest in promoting the platform to ensure broad student adoption, so that students, families, faculty, and staff realize the full benefits along with local property owners and managers.
College Pads is excited to support the Yale community and is committed to enhancing student well-being and success while fostering strong relationships with local property owners and managers. While Yale does not manage or endorse off-campus listings, College Pads is aligned with Yale’s commitment to student support and will provide the tools and information students need to make informed housing choices.
Listings on the off-campus housing marketplace can be purchased by property owners and managers and then created and optimized by the College Pads team to ensure high-quality content and listing quality. Yale University and College Pads will also collaborate to host both on-campus and virtual events for partners of the Yale off-campus housing marketplace.
