Richard Nucci has been a member of the Yale Public Safety management team since 2010 and employed in the security industry since 1991. Rich has served in several management capacities within Yale Public Safety and is currently the administrative manager for the department. Before working at Yale, Rich held a successful career in corporate security and investigations with two Fortune 500 companies.
Rich has been a member of ASIS International since 1996 and was board certified in Security Management in 2002 after having achieved the society’s Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation. In addition, Rich has served on the ASIS International School Safety and Security Council since 2016 and is currently the council’s ASIS Headquarters Standards & Guidelines liaison.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven and a Master of Science in Business Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
