Gloribell is a strategic leader with expertise in workplace culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. She serves as the associate director of workplace excellence and administration for Yale Facilities, driving efforts to build a high-performance workforce through strategic planning, policy and procedure implementation, and talent management, while fostering collaboration across the university through committees and special projects.
Prior to joining the university, Gloribell worked for the Yale New Haven Hospital Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE), where she led initiatives in employee engagement, learning, and recruitment.
Gloribell holds a master’s degree in urban studies from Southern Connecticut State University, a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Boston College, and is a certified project management professional.
