Self-service help

Many questions can be answered instantly using the Finance Chatbot. It can help with general finance policies and process guidance, but it can’t look up data about specific transactions (for example, the status of a particular invoice).

  • Finance Chatbot

Available only to members of the Yale community.

Ask questions on Yale finance policies, procedures, forms, reporting, training, and common tasks.

  • International Payment Planning Tools

A comprehensive guide and planning tool with respect to payments made to non-U.S. individuals who are not considered University employees and to non-U.S. entities.
