Academic Appointee Administration (AAA) Support

On Wednesday, March 11th The Employee Service Center, I-9 Center, and Welcome Desk (at 221 Whitney Avenue) will be closed for the entire day (8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.). During this period, our phone lines, email support, and I-9 processing services will be temporarily unavailable.
Contact Resumption: Normal contact center operations will resume on Thursday, March 12th, at 8:30am.
Employee Services
Employee Services provides human resource assistance to Yale faculty and staff members in the areas of employee benefits, payroll, and personal information.
