Manager Chats

The goal of “Manager Chats” is to provide leaders with a special forum for supporting and facilitating the ongoing growth of staff in their careers at Yale University. Covering a plethora of talent development topics, we invite you to come together to share best practices and talent development resources, collaborate on solutions to common challenges, and continue the discussion started in the “Inspiring Career Development Community of Practice”. The meetings will feature both guest speakers and interactive exercises.
