Enthusiastic fans cheered under gray skies as our Bulldogs—windswept and muddy—prevailed with a 34 – 26 win during a home opener against Howard University. It was Yale’s first time hosting the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Harmony Classic, an annual event intended to inspire peace, fellowship, and harmony across college campuses. With the NAACP Harmony Classic, Yale joins the NAACP in its commitment to belonging.
Miss the game? Don’t worry! There are four home games left, starting with the Saturday, October 8, game against Dartmouth “Big Green” College at the Yale Bowl, Class of 1954 Field. Remember: Yale employees get one free general admission ticket to each game.
