Meet the FACOPS team

    • Bruce Bellmore, manager, FACOPS, 12 years. Started as FACOPS Specialist after 25+ years in the HVAC industry. Bruce is active in his local community in both civil, and fraternal organizations. He is also a chaplain for the Ansonia Fire Department and a priest in the Anglican Catholic Church.
    • Steven Deuss, FACOPS specialist, 37 years. Steven loves music and organ music, traveling to visit and listen to historic organs. He also loves technology and repairing or working on computers.
    • Mary M. Gambardella, FACOPS specialist, 35 years. “I have a lot of Yale memories. However, the one that stands out is watching the two new residential colleges being Built–Pauli Murray College and Benjamin Franklin College. I also went to the open house for them; absolutely beautiful. The colleges blend in with the rest of the buildings like they were there for years.” After work, she enjoys spending time with her 1-year-old granddaughter, Briella.
    • Brian Gore, FACOPS specialist, 15 years. Brian likes to travel, playing sports (basketball and golf), reading, writing, art and music (listening and playing.)
    • Robert Haab – supervisor, Operations, weekend off-shift, 3 months.
    • Keith L. Hall, -FACOPS specialist, 5 years. Keith who works the second shift, marvels about driving into work during all kinds of weather. He enjoys relaxing after getting home at work at midnights and playing sports.
    • Marcus Hayes, FACOPS specialist, 8 years. “I distinctly remember getting a phone call from HR that I got the control room job and finding out a great friend got a job in the same department. After 5 pm, Marcus likes to spend time with family and relaxing before off hours shift begins.
    • Clark Hurlburt, FACOPS specialist, 8 months. John is a retired, Hamden Fire Department, Assistant Chief. He is also a former Selectman for the Town of Bethany, and a professional actor.
    • Jerry Irizarry, supervisor, FACOPS, 21 years. Jerry enjoys playing basketball, attending Yale opera and symphony concerts.
    • John Kocot,  FACOPS specialist, 8 years.
    • Dave Lyons, FACOPS specialist, 5 Years. Dave has been happy to see over the years the revitalization of Winchester Avenue. After work, he enjoys spending time with my two wonderful children and coaching Pop Warner Football.
    • London Moses – FACOPS specialist, 17 years.
    • Mike Neville, Supervisor, FACOPS, 6 years. After five, he loves playing guitar and spending time with his family.
    • Bernie Pannone – supervisor, Operations, weekend off-shift, 19 years. Bernie races bicycles and is a BMW mechanic.
    • Jim Roos, FACOPS specialist, 27 years.
    • Luis Santaella, FACOPS specialist, 28 years.
    • Michael Simon, supervisor Operations, 5 years. The great feeling when I came to Yale to be part of this historic institution. After hours, Michael enjoys spending time with his family.
    • Andrew Sauer, FACOPS specialist, 14 years. Spent first nine years at Yale working in the YARC department.
    • Peter Stanish, supervisor, Operations, second shift, 20 years at Yale.
    • John A. Stefano, FACOPS specialist, 10 years. Some time ago, John got a call from a student “who told me her lamp would not turn on and after several different questions I had to ask her if there was a light bulb in the lamp and she apologized. She did not realize that when she bought the lamp that it did not come with a light bulb.” On the weekends, John enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
