Bomgar planned outage and upgrade – July 10

On the evening of Tuesday, July 10, between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., our Bomgar remote-support service will be unavailable while we perform a routine update of the servers. For those of you who use this service, please note that it will not be possible to log into the Bomgar Representative Console, or our Bomgar web portal, during this period. Any Bomgar sessions that are active at 8:00 p.m. on that day will be automatically disconnected.

If you are a Bomgar Representative Console user, after 10:00 p.m., you should be able to log back in - please check the ITS Status Page for updates. The first time you log back into the Bomgar Representative Console, it will automatically self-update itself to the current version; this should only take a few moments. If the auto-update fails for any reason, you can manually download and install the software:

  1. Navigate to
  2. Select the My Account tab
  3. Select Download Representative Console

The new version of the Bomgar Representative Console will be similar to the previous version, but there are some new features.
