Approved Vendors Yale Fleet Management (YFM) recently concluded a Request for Proposal for vehicle maintenance. Based on feedback from departments, multiple vendors were included in this process. We now have a solid list of local maintenance vendors. Departments are required to use these approved vendors. The current list of vendors and information about services offered and special negotiated pricing can be found on this page.
Maintenance Work Orders and Automatic Notifications
Yale departments, whose vehicles require routine maintenance, are now required to generate a work request through Collective Data. Vendors will automatically bill the university for services rendered, and PCards are no longer be used for vehicle maintenance invoices. Starting in November, the Collective Data system will automatically send notifications to departments when maintenance, emissions and or preventative work is due or required.
