Office 365 email configuration change to improve protection

ITS implemented a change to Yale’s Office 365 email configuration at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. This change should result in less spam and unwanted emails in your inbox. Individuals using Office 365 email are encouraged to review the junk or spam folder periodically. If legitimate messages are found within these folders, sign into Outlook Web Access (web mail) and select the “not spam” option to train the system to recognize these types of messages.
