Possible action required: Antivirus Service (Cylance)

On Tuesday, December 18, ITS will perform routine maintenance on Yale’s antivirus service (Cylance) to remove duplicate devices. Additionally, Cylance will stop functioning on devices that have not connected to the internet within the last six months. These systems will be unprotected; additional actions will be required to enable protection on these devices. To reactivate Cylance antivirus protection on these devices, or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 203-432-9000 or your local IT support provider.
