ServiceNow London upgrade - February 2019

The Service Management team has kicked off the upgrade of ServiceNow to the latest version: London. The primary goal of the effort is to bring the platform forward to the most current version and take advantage of new features and increased accessibility improvements. The new version uses the same interface that you are familiar with and the upgrade is designed to have no impact on your daily work.
Testing will continue through mid-February, with a planned go-live date of February 23, 2019.

IT partner branded emails
Allowing our IT partners to brand their emails which will improve the client experience.
A central home for organizing, hosting and documenting Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. This will allow for changes to be seen in a calendar with blackout and maintenance dates. It will also allow for the Change Managers to approve directly in the Workbench saving time in the CAB meetings.
Although ServiceNow will not be fully WCAG 2.0 AA compliant during this release, they have increased accessibility features in London and have stated that they will be fully compliant by end of year 2019.
