Introducing Zoom scheduler add-in for Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Yale’s Information Technology Service recently added a new feature, Zoom scheduler, available to individuals who use Zoom to schedule audio and/or video conference meetings directly from a calendar event within Office365’s Outlook Web Access (OWA), also known as O365 webmail. Zoom scheduler is an add-in which can be enabled without administrative rights on the device and mimics functionality previously available only available as an option for devices with Outlook 2016 software installed. Additionally, when scheduling Zoom meetings, the text block at the bottom will now contain information on help resources available for the service.
