All staff who can work at home should continue to do so. Only with an explicit request from a supervisor should a staff member return to campus. For more information, review COVID-19 Workplace Guidance.
Possible Action Required - Basecamp Access
May 15, 2019
Starting the week of May 27, Yale ITS will be removing Yale Basecamp access from individuals classified through Yale’s Identity and Data Repository (IDR) as “Gone” - former faculty and staff or individuals who have changed their primary email address since joining a Yale Basecamp project.
Please take a few moments to view the list of email addresses impacted (login required) prior to Wednesday, May 22, 2019. If you recognize an individual on this list who needs to retain access, please submit a ticket to the Basecamp team to request the account be kept active before Wednesday, May 22. Action will be required by their department business office or IT Service Provider.
Note: Basecamp accounts are not linked to active NetIDs, both former faculty and staff, as well as individuals who have changed their primary email address since joining a Yale Basecamp project may be included on this list. Remember to submit a ticket to request an account be kept active.
