Fresh pasta on the way!

The Schwarzman Center (opening September of 2020) will be equipped with numerous state of the art machines, one of which is the Liliana Arcobaleno Pasta Machine. This machine can make several different pasta types including but not limited to ravioli, gnocchi, and fettuccine! This machine will allow us to reduce cooking time as fresh pasta cooks faster as well as guarantee freshness for our students. This will also allow us to ensure the quality of the ingredients included. Yale Hospitality is dedicated to providing the freshest and highest quality food to our students, this is just one more way of doing so.
