STC incoming student orientation event

On Friday, August 23, the Yale College Class of 2023 will arrive on campus and the Student Technology Collaborative (STC) will host its annual Computing at Yale orientation event.
 
During the event, first-year students get help setting up their devices for the Yale environment and learn about the technology, resources, and support available to them on campus. This event also concludes STC’s semester kickoff “marathon week,” which includes Graduate School orientation events (August 19-20), Yale College upper-class move-in (August 21), two full days of STC student employee training (August 21-22), and Computing at Yale (August 23-25). This orientation also kicks off STC’s student recruitment season, which runs through October.
 
The event is a great way to experience the fabled Yale first-year move-in atmosphere and meet some of STC’s talented student employees. This year, the Student Technology team invites all ITS staff to visit us during the event: 
 
August 23, 24, and 25
noon –5:00 p.m. 
Linsly-Chittenden Hall (Old Campus)
