Update on IT New Employee Orientation Program
September 5, 2019
The Climate, Culture, and Inclusion team hosted the second IT New Employee Orientation Program on June 6 at 25 Science Park. The quarterly program welcomed 13 new IT employees who joined Yale over the prior three months.
Overall, survey feedback from the June session was positive and the team thoughtfully considered all feedback received while looking for ways to make these sessions even more informative and engaging for attendees. Attendees found the networking opportunities beneficial.
Members of the Climate, Culture, and Inclusion (CCI) task force planned, built, and delivered the current iteration of the IT New Employee Orientation Program. The team recognizes Dessara Bryant, Kay Ratanasaka, Tzu-Tzu Benigni, Susan Lukose, Justin Denny, and Debra Houle for their contributions to this effort, supporting our Workplace of Choice strategic anchor. With the IT orientation program now up and running, CCI has transitioned this event to the IT Staff Development team, led by Paul Gruhn, for delivery on a quarterly basis.
