Introducing the Work Better in ServiceNow training series

The Service Management team is hosting a series of ServiceNow platform training sessions. These trainings will provide instruction on how to work more efficiently using ServiceNow, through the use of built-in functionality. Individuals interested in attending the sessions should have a basic understanding of the ServiceNow system. We also recommend bringing a laptop to follow along.
The team will provide snacks and there will be opportunities to win raffle prizes. Please register to attend one or more of the following courses (all classes will be held at 25 Science Park, 150 Munson Street, in room 125):
Tips and Tricks
Tuesday, October 29, from noon to 1:00 p.m.
This course will provide ways to work more efficiently through ServiceNow. You will learn ways to navigate through the system quicker using Favorites, ticket history,and page history. You will also learn advanced features provided within the ServiceNow platform such as mentions, advanced form functionality,and system settings.
November 4, from noon to 1:00 p.m.
This course will help you work with the reporting module in ServiceNow. You will learn how to create a report, share that report with other users, export the data to other formats,and how to copy reports.
November 14, from 11:00 a.m. – noon
This course will help you work with the advanced features of the reporting module in ServiceNow. You will learn how to schedule reports, create custom drill-downs, report off Requested Items,and reporting-only fields.
Templates and Task Boards
November 21, 2:00 –3:00 p.m.
This course will introduce you to some of ServiceNow’s advanced features. You will learn how to use templates, apply them, and share with other group members. You will also learn about visual task boards (KABAN board), the different types of boards, and how to navigate through the board.
