Among other features, Yale’s Audio and Video Conferencing service, Zoom, lets you share your screen with meeting participants. This service is available 24/7 to anyone in the Yale community with an active NetID.
Visit the IT at Yale website to view step-by-step instructions (on the Related Info tab) detailing how to screen-share, and other conferencing options, (e.g., recording meetings, scheduling/inviting conference meetings through Microsoft Outlook/Office 365, and more).
