Internal Communications virtual office hours

Each week, Internal Communications offers virtual office hours on Mondays from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. During your consultation we can support you by:
- Determining if your news or event should be shared in an IT Update newsletter or in a targeted email
- Providing a communications template, to begin drafting your article about an upcoming change or updated IT service
- Sharing examples of similar messaging used in the past
- Clarifying edition dates and deadlines
- Outlining when to request communications support from Internal Communications versus when to send an email yourself
- Explaining Internal Communications ServiceNow how-to processes
Please propose a 15 or 30-minute Zoom (or Microsoft Teams) meeting with Vanessa Macary to discuss any communications-related questions or issues.
