At 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, March 24, ITS will perform routine maintenance on Yale’s antivirus service (Cylance) to remove duplicate devices.
Additionally, Cylance will function less efficiently on devices that have not connected to the internet within the last six months. Additional actions will be required to enable full protection on these devices.
To reactivate Cylance antivirus protection on these devices, or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 203-432-9000 or your local IT support provider.
