Start planning for the upcoming IT Town Hall/Knowledge Exchange

March 5, 2020

Calling all IT service owners and support providers!

Whether you are in the Library, a distributed technical team at one of the professional schools, or within ITS—we want you to present at this year’s IT Knowledge Exchange. This year’s event will be part of an expanded IT Town Hall featuring announcements from John Barden, a keynote, breakout sessions, and a poster session from 9:00 a.m. through 12:30 p.m in Evan’s Hall at the School of Management on Thursday, May 21.

The Knowledge Exchange portion of this event is your opportunity to share your team’s projects, initiatives, activities, and services throughout Yale in an exhibition style poster session. Present information and share what you are working on with the wider IT community at Yale, while networking with IT colleagues from across campus.

Presenters will have access to a toolkit that contains templates and more to help easily translate your idea, project, program, etc. into the needed format. We’ll provide the platform, you provide the content.

For now, save the date, May 21, and start planning what your team will present.
