  • 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. with  North Coast Seafood 
 
Friday, March 20: Allertrainat at Yale on York (150 York Street)
  • 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. 

This session is intended for managers, cooks, and cook’s helpers. Allertrain teaches foodservice professionals about the top food causing allergies, the proper protocol for preparing food to avoid cross-contact, and how to better serve diners with special dietary needs. 

Friday, March 20: Allertrain Lite at Yale on York (150 York Street)
  • 11:00 a.m. - noon

This session is intended for pantry workers, GSAs, and SRWs. Allertrain Lite teaches employees how to safely interact with and serve diners with special dietary needs.
