Changes to NetID management and password security

The NetID Activation and NetID Management screens, which can be accessed via the Central Authentication Service (CAS) login screen, have been updated to improve password security and meet Yale’s usability and accessibility guidelines.

Take advantage of improved password security
Yale has implemented new password standards to improve security. For guidance around password complexity, review NetID and Password Management: Create a strong password and keep it secure.
You are encouraged to update your password to the new standards to take advantage of enhanced security to your Yale credentials.
