FileNet upgrade complete

Yale has been working on an upgrade to FileNet, the Enterprise Content Management System. FileNet is a long-term archival document management system currently housing several million University documents across a dozen repository areas.

The FileNet upgrade launched on June 1, 2020. The upgrade ensures we maintain system security, supportability and stability. The upgrade will modernize FileNet’s repository with minimal change to the user experience. It will also allow FileNet to be fully functional from any web browser.
