Mass closure of inactive Purchase Orders

To reduce the volume of obsolete commitments and obligations, Yale Procurement plans to perform a mass closure of inactive purchase orders (PO) beginning the week of June 15, 2020.
Criteria for the mass closure will be:
- PO was created on or before March 31, 2019; and
- PO has had no changes or invoice activity since July 15, 2019.
If a purchase order service line with infrequent activity is closed and needs to be reopened, submit a requisition to Yale Purchasing Services by Friday, June 26 requesting the PO be reopened. Closed POs cannot be reopened after Tuesday, June 30, 2020.
