Details

Yale’s reliance on IT to drive public health, operational, and academic activities forward has increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  As Yale University brings more people on campus, a cross-departmental team with ITS worked quickly to set up a DataMart. It offers the Return to Campus reports that provide data to ensure compliance. Authorization to return to campus requires that an employee have card access restored, complete online training, and agree to submit a daily health check-in. These reports allow for monitoring who has been granted access, has completed training, and who is submitting daily health reports.

All members of the Yale community, who oversee individuals who are returning to campus, may receive weekly reports of those on any of the three exception reports; the Access Exception, Health Check Exception, and Training Exception. Lead Administrators will receive these reports for their departments weekly on Monday mornings from (PowerBI-RS-Prod@yale.edu). Health Check-In reports are sent daily.
