Scheduled maintenance to selected storage components in Data Center - July 25 and 26

- ITS will perform maintenance on select Data Center primary storage components on Saturday, July 25, and Sunday, July 26.
- The upgrade will occur in two phases, lasting up to eight hours each.
- This is an advance notification for individuals responsible for services controlled by these components; no outage is expected and no actions are required.
Yale ITS will perform maintenance in two phases, each lasting up to eight hours, to upgrade the hardware on primary storage components located within the B25 data center. The first maintenance occurs Saturday, July 25, from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The second maintenance occurs on Sunday, July 26, from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
These storage components support several applications, including, but not limited to:
- Other IT / Foundational Technology Services (FTS) applications
The work is not expected to cause a service interruption; however, this is an advance notification to individuals responsible for services or applications controlled by these storage components.
