New Petty Cash voucher for COVID-19 Testing Reimbursements

On Wednesday, July 29, 2020 the University announced that graduate and professional (G&P) students not planning to live in Helen Hadley Hall or Harkness Hall have a viral (PCR) test no more than 14 days before their arrival back to campus. Yale will reimburse G&P students for the cost of the pre-arrival test up to $120. Business offices will be required to issue a petty cash voucher for this reimbursement.

​​​​​​In addition, all business offices are being asked to track the amount of reimbursements and send lists to Lisa Wohlert   at lisa.wohlert@yale.edu on September 1, 2020 and October 1, 2020 so we can track these costs at the university level.  If you have any questions, please direct them to budget@yale.edu
