The Climate, Culture, and Inclusion Action Team: Ensuring Fairness of Opportunity is now recruiting new members. The team, led by Ann Brainard-Dougan, will focus on developing a mentoring program and a 360 review process. It will continue broadening Diversity & Inclusion training within ITS.
