New Fields and Parameters added to Find Purchase Orders by Cost Center– Yale Report

The Find Purchase Orders by Cost Center– Yale report has recently been enhanced. It now includes new fields and parameters that provide additional Award data associated with Grants charged to the purchase order. New fields appearing on the report between the Spend Category and Grant are:
•    Award
•    Award Line Status
•    Award Line Start Date
•    Award Line End Date
•    Transaction Line Budget Date

In addition, the Last Functionally Updated column now appears to the right of Purchase Order Date. It provides the date and time of the most recent PO activity such as invoice matching, Change Order approvals, or the PO’s creation.

To assist in finding purchase orders charged to a specific Grant or Award or to an Award that is approaching expiration, the parameters below now appear at the bottom of the Find Purchase Orders by Cost Center – Yale search screen:
