Spotlight on Yale Hospitality - Catering Team

With our catering operation currently suspended, we are proud that our Catering team has continued to step up and support the broader Yale Hospitality organization. With our students back on campus, there have been plenty of shoes to fill! Our Catering staff has been supporting student needs and many have been reassigned to conduct COVID-19 testing on campus!
Rob Stromquist has been filling in for Danielle, providing leadership and catering support for our campus. Julie Carrion and her shared team with Christina Wethington have continued to lead culinary efforts at the CSC in addition to testing recipes for the Schwarzman Center’s menu development.
Beth Ferguson and Emily Hopkins have temporarily hung up their catering hats to lead isolation and quarantine programs for on-campus students. Chevelle Irvin, Jean-Michel Mange and Marlene Russbach have transitioned to support the delivery of meals for the Quarantine and Isolation program. While not supporting those programs, they are serving students on campus with the new Bike Bites series and are involved daily operations at the CSC.
