Decommissioning COA Oracle to Workday Conversion Tools

    Please be advised that during the month of January, the following Oracle-Workday conversion tools are being decommissioned. These conversion tools were originally designed for use in identifying segment conversion related to historical financial information only and were intended as a starting point during the transition period of 2017. The data contained therein are now obsolete as there is no longer a need to use conversion mappings when selecting Chart of Account (COA) segments for charging.  

    Departments should continue to consult their business offices regarding COA charging instructions in order to maintain consistency in posting financial transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
