Ordering or reordering PPE Supplies and Return-to-Yale kits

Departments needing to acquire Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or additional Yale branded facemasks can order directly through Yale Printing and Publishing Services (YPPS). Return to Yale Orders webpage. YPPS has a full inventory of disposable masks, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, large format wipe dispensers with refills and other items.

Departments, researchers and clinicians requiring additional PPE specific to their research or  program, may procure select PPE supplies through the SciQuest hosted catalog named “COVID-19 Stockroom at Yale University.” This catalog focuses specifically on critical specialty PPE items including face shields, ASTM surgical masks Level 1 and Level 2, disposable gloves, and disposable isolation gowns. A valid charging (COA) account will be needed to purchase these supplies through the COVID-19 Stockroom at Yale University.   

Please note, once you submit an order for N95 masks, the Office of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) will be reaching out to gather additional information and facilitate a fit test.  For questions regarding N95 masks, please contact EHS directly at EHS@yale.edu or 203-785-3550.

Replacement Return to Yale Kits can be ordered through YPPS who stocks them. Staff members returning to campus for the first time can stop by YPPS to pick up their kit. They will need to bring and scan their Yale ID badge to retrieve it. If a staff member has already received a kit, additional supplies must be ordered by the department. 

Return to Yale kits have been provided to newly arriving residential college students who did not attend the first semester. Students living off-campus, who did not attend the first semester, can pick up their kit at YPPS at 344 Winchester Avenue between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. They will need to show their Yale ID to receive a kit.
