Effort Certification Work Area Update: Rendering Time Improvement

Details
In January 2021, the Effort Certification Work Area was added as an enhancement. The Effort Certification Work Area is the Reviewer’s dashboard listing all the effort certification activities needing completion. At the time of its implementation, the rendering time to view the Work Area could take up to 3 - 4 minutes. The rendering time issue has now been resolved, reducing the rendering time to just 30 - 40 seconds. Viewing the Count column details is now reduced to 60 - 90 seconds.
The Effort Certification Work Area Guide instructions on how to access the work area have been updated to note the rendering time improvement.
