Rondi Frey joins Organizational Effectiveness and Staff Development (OESD)

Organizational Effectiveness and Staff Development is pleased to share that Rondi Frey has joined the team as a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant,  reporting to Jennifer Cinque, Director of Organizational Development and Training, effective April 12, 2021. 

Rondi recently worked for Nuvance Health, a 13,000 employee healthcare system where she was the Director of Leadership and Organizational Development for approximately 14 years. During her time at Nuvance, Rondi had responsibility for leadership and organizational development, employee engagement programs, talent and performance management processes, employee cultural assessment survey processes, rewards and recognition programs, new leader development programs, and physician resilience and retention strategies. 

Prior to her role at Nuvance Health, Rondi held various roles throughout her career in the areas of training and development, as well as organizational and leadership development, at Oxford Health Plans, People’s United Bank, UNUM Life Insurance Company, Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation, and American Express. Rondi holds her bachelor of science in Business Communications from Syracuse University. 

Amongst several volunteer engagements, memberships, and speaking opportunities she’s been afforded, Rondi is a board member for the  Southern Connecticut Chapter of ATD (Co-Chair Programming) and is an adjunct faculty for the HR Certificate Program at both Fairfield University & Sacred Heart University.
