Sarah de Freitas joins Employee Relations

Sarah de Freitas joined the Employee Relations team on April 21, 2021, as the embedded HR Generalist for the School of Drama. Sarah has a dual reporting line to the Associate Dean/Managing Director of the School of Drama and to Karen Wu, Director, Employee Relations.
Most recently, Sarah was the Associate Director of Learning and Development at Barnard College in New York, where she also functioned as an HR partner and handled employee relations issues. Prior to working at Barnard, she worked at Montefiore Medical Center in NY, and has held a variety of other HR roles in the past.
