New report: Assets for University Service Providers – Yale

The Assets for University Service Providers – Yale report combines the Find Assets – Yale report and the Assets Net Book Value – Yale report (but does not replace the two reports).

Previously, completing the MEI depreciation tab in the Rate Schedule form required University Service Providers (USPs) to use both reports, as neither one provides the comprehensive information needed for the MEI tab. The new report provides a single data table for a defined fiscal period and eliminates the need for manual data combination.

The report is formatted to provide all funding source information in the same column, which is intended to simplify the calculation of non-federally funded depreciation.
