Staff Spotlight - Human Resources Innovation and Strategic Support

The Human Resources Innovation and Strategic Support (HRISS) team welcomes its newest member Christopher Branham, who started in late March as an HCMS Solutions Architect. He is part of the Total Talent team, providing strategic support to HR Talent Management applications and programs, including Compliance-Learning-Training (TMS), Talent Acquisition (Staffing), Hiring, Talent, Succession, Performance, and Job/Position classification.

Christopher has over four years of business analyst experience, including most recently at PPI Benefits Solutions in Wallingford, CT. Just after college, he worked as an analyst at Rare Metal Source in Dallas, GA. He also held a data analyst position at University North Carolina (UNC) Healthcare.Christopher Branham

He has excellent experience with waterfall and agile methodologies, system and requirements analysis, testing, and implementation. Christopher received his B.S. in Management Information Systems and Economics from the University of Georgia.

Christopher was born and raised in Marietta, GA, where his family still lives. Four years ago, he and his wife moved to the area after she got accepted as a graduate student at Yale studying chemical biology. Chris and his wife live locally with their three dogs, and three cats mostly rescues. “This is the best job I’ve ever had. It’s a great community, and the overall sense of family it provides is real. It’s very friendly and inclusive. From my first day, everyone has been so welcoming,” says Chris.
