Digital/electronic signatures now available for those on health campuses

August 12, 2021

Electronic signature adoption has increased in popularity and need due to remote working and the speedy pace of doing business. The health campuses at Yale have a great need for such a solution on documents such as attestation statements, data use agreements, and federal regulatory compliance documentation from the Food and Drug Administration.

In response to this need, the Health Sciences Information Services (HSIS) team launched Adobe Sign Enterprise – a new digital signature service implemented for their constituents in the Yale School of Medicine, School of Nursing, School of Public Health, and Yale Health.

This new service eliminates the need for printing and wet signing, provides increased security, cost savings on paper and reduces Yale’s carbon footprint.

This new resource is available free of charge for all active staff in the health campuses.
