HR promotions and new hire announcements - September 2021

The Human Resources Business Office is pleased to announce two new hires:

Katie King has joined the team as operations manager; a role previously held by Maria Troiano. Katie has over 5 years of experience at Yale, working as the operations manager for Internal Medicine, Jackson Institute, Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking, and most recently, the assistant director of Finance and Administration in the Office of the Provost.  She also has a background in compliance and auditing. 

 Jill Marino has joined the HR Business Office team as a financial analyst; a role previously held by Aaron Green. Jill has been at Yale for over 5 years, starting in Faculty Research Management Services before spending the last 3 years in Financial Planning & Analysis as a budget analyst. 

Employee Relations is pleased to announce the following promotion:

Anat Yogev has been promoted to assistant director, Employee Relations reporting to Tricia Napor, director, Employee Relations. Anat has been at Yale since 2018 and has served as a human resources generalist assigned to Finance, Audit, and New Haven State Affairs. In her new role, Anat will continue as HRG for these three units while also providing leadership for the IT organization as well as project based work related to new programs and continuous improvement, as needed.
