ITS Balanced Scorecard training

A new training module for the FY22 ITS Balanced Scorecard is live in TMS. This course was developed in support of our FY22 balanced scorecard goals and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.The rollout of this training is aligned to coincide with FY22 goal-setting, which should now be completed.
The ITS Balanced Scorecard training provides employees with an understanding of ITS strategic initiatives and highlights key areas of focus for the fiscal year. This session includes both insight from our CIO on the Balanced Scorecard itself as well as an in-depth review of the FY22 goals.
All ITS staff, including Temps and Casuals, are required to complete this training (approx. 15 minutes) by the end of the fiscal year.
