Recent promotions within Human Resources

Congratulations to Jessica Cloud, who was recently promoted to Employee Relations Support Specialist! At Yale since 2018, she will provide a high level of analytical and administrative support to Geraldine Sullivan, Assistant Vice President for Employee Relations and Staffing, and Donna Cable, Associate Vice President and Senior Advisor for Human Resources (HR). Jessica will also serve as the office lead for university-wide employee relations (ER) reporting and analytics, including talent development, recruiting and retention, and other key metrics.

Congratulations to Ashlee Ciliberti, who was recently promoted to HR administrative coordinator! Ashlee has been at Yale since January 2020 and previously served as an Employee Relations Support Specialist assigned to a Director of Employee Relations and a team of Human Resource Generalists at the Medical School. Ashlee will provide high-level analytical and administrative support to the Human Resources Operations leadership team in her new role. Ashlee will serve as the building lead for facilities requests and issues, including vendor coordination, annual walk-through, emergency preparedness, and access requests, and coordinating human-resource-wide ordering of computer equipment and furniture.

Congratulations to Christina Hayden, who has been promoted to Assistant Director, HR Staffing! Christina has been at Yale since 2012 and most recently served as a senior Human Resources Generalist assigned to the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS). In her new role, Christina will oversee the labor recruitment team for Local 34, Local 35, the police, and security unions, as well as exclude regular non-exempt positions. Also, she will have oversight of the IEP and Yale Temporary Staffing Services (YTSS) strategies while also working closely with the New Haven Hiring Initiative team.
