Human Resources Compensation welcomes Christian Tarducci

Please join us in welcoming Christian Tarducci, who recently joined the Human Resources Compensation team as a compensation analyst, reporting to Donna Caporale-Colon, Director, Compensation.

Christian will be responsible for all internal and some external departmental reporting needs. His other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating metrics, evaluating and analyzing data and reporting results, and creating and maintaining reports. In addition, Christian will conduct and participate in compensation surveys, develop and document operational procedures and be the liaison to the other HR partners.

Christian previously started at Yale as a financial assistant in the Department of Internal Medicine and then as a financial analyst supporting the Digestive Diseases section. He was responsible for budget forecasting and overview, managing financial and labor plans, clinical reporting, and handling WorkDay processes.

He grew up in Branford, Connecticut, and loves living near the shore. Christian has a B.S. in business administration from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield. As an undergraduate student, he spent a semester abroad studying in Rome, Italy.
