Makes 2 quarts
 

Ingredients

  • 15 oz cream of coconut (Goya)
  • 1 cup white rum (add more for a stronger punch)
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 13.5 oz coconut milk
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 drops - vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt (technically 1/16 tsp)
  • 1 cup Bacardi Gold

Optional 

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients, except for the cinnamon sticks, until well mixed and slightly frothy.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. When ready to enjoy, garnish with cinnamon sticks.
