Makes 2 quarts
Ingredients
- 15 oz cream of coconut (Goya)
- 1 cup white rum (add more for a stronger punch)
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 13.5 oz coconut milk
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 drops - vanilla
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt (technically 1/16 tsp)
- 1 cup Bacardi Gold
Optional
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Directions
- Blend all ingredients, except for the cinnamon sticks, until well mixed and slightly frothy.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- When ready to enjoy, garnish with cinnamon sticks.
