Yale Human Resources staff recently promoted - March 2022

Congratulations to the following Human Resources (HR) staff members, who were recently promoted.

Please join us in congratulating Jezabeth Perez Padilla who was recently promoted to staffing support specialist effective Monday,  February 28, 2022. She joins the HR Staffing Department, reporting to Ali D’Amico, Assistant Director of Staffing. Jezabeth will provide administrative support to the M&P Recruitment Team.

Please join us in congratulating Ingrid Colon who was recently promoted to the position of recruiter in the HR Staffing Department effective Monday, March 7, 2022. Ingrid will report to Christina Hayden, Assistant Director of Staffing. In this role, Ingrid will lead the full cycle recruitment of labor positions and serve as the strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. She will guide hiring managers through regular contractual commitments and obligations, sourcing and screening candidates, and facilitating an efficient and consistent hiring process.

Please join us in congratulating Georgia Masell to assistant director, Employee Relations, effective Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Employee Relations (ER) Department. She will report to Bridgett LaFountain, Director of Employee Relations. Georgia will lead the ER function for the clinical departments and the HR team that partners directly with those groups. She will work in partnership with the Yale School of Medicine’s (YSM) Integrated Business Operations on integrations and continued implementations, YSM’s Remote Work Committee and provide project or reporting analytics as needed.
